The 'Diet Disney' Blog--a Great Resource for Healthy Eating at Disney

If you are headinmickeyg to Disney on a vacation soon, you'll definitely want to check out the 'Diet Disney' blog. Filled with information about the 'Wellspring-friendly' food available at each park and tips on planning a healthy, low-fat Disney vacation, this is an invaluable guide for families, created by our very own Dr. Michael Bishop.

Dr. Bishop, a long-term weight controller himself, visits Disney frequently with his young children, always in pursuit of the healthiest ways to enjoy their day together.

At Wellspring Camps and Wellspring Academies, one of the key tools that we teach our campers and students is the importance of planning ahead.  A day at a theme park doesn't have to mean a day away from your long-term weight loss goals. The Wellspring lifestyle is all about getting out there and enjoying life and enjoying making healthy choices, and a little planning can make that happen.

So for those of you looking for great ways to make healthy food choices on vacation, the Diet Disney blog could be a great resource for you. Check it out and let us know what you think!
