Coach John TCoach John Taylor, a favorite among fans of Too Fat for 15: Fighting Back and the many Wellspring Academies students he has helped over the years, was featured on Perez Hilton's QuickFit Tip of the Day recently.

His fitness advice?  Always have a workout partner.  In his Tip of the Day, he cites research that indicates the importance of having a reliable workout buddy.
